While the pandemic was a hell of a storm for the hospitality industry in general, it was also a wake-up call for restaurant owners about the importance of staying technologically nimble. As a result Tenzo’s business has boomed, and the startup is concentrating on geographic expansion and fulfilling demand.
Some restaurant-tech platforms have focused on excelling in one department, winning users for their best-in-class offerings. Tenzo’s strategy means that they cannot always provide those services. However, the startup is confident that the all-in-one solution is ultimately a winning strategy and its impressive growth and funding do nothing to suggest otherwise.

We not only receive periodic bonuses based on the targets we meet but most importantly, we have a culture where we all give kudos to other team members weekly and sometimes daily for great things they have accomplished.
