Conversational analysis is big business, especially as advances in AI make it easier to derive data from conversations in real time, therefore, Tethr faces competition from the likes of NICE, 8x8 and in-house offerings from Salesforce. However, Tethr stands apart with its ease of setup and use, leading to a rapid return on investment as well as an impressive 200% increase in sales conversions, and 80% reductions in QA call monitoring times.
The company has amassed a large customer base which includes businesses like City National Bank, MetTel and Etech, and has also raised a significant amount of investment. It has used this capital to expand its marketing reach as well as to double down on development of its listening platform. Going forward its challenge will be to continue to stand out in a field which is growing more and more crowded, but as long as it continues to push ahead with its product development Tethr seems likely to maintain its edge in the market.
