For example, The Product Marketing Alliance is one of its fastest-growing marketing brands, reaching 10,000 members in its first sixteen months.
The Alliance is now working on expanding its portfolio of brands to other job types and is now home to 15 professional communities. By supporting a range of organizations - from startups to Fortune 500's like Amazon, Comcast, Microsoft, Salesforce, and IBM - the Alliance is helping teams achieve their growth goals.

During my interview I was told there is no micromanagement and I know a lot of companies say that but few mean it. Here at PMA I have been able to work independently, be trusted with my workload and output from day one. I did not feel the need to prove myself before taking on responsibility. This is the type of environment that works best with me and what I like most is that when support is required it is always available.

My role in the company is to create an efficient hiring and onboarding process within the company as well as build out an external recruitment desk. I am playing a key role in the decision making for how to go about building those two functions in order for them to be able to scale at the rate that we require.

There are a few things I like about the team that we have here at PMA. Some of these things include the passion for growing the company, the ownership and pride we take in our duties and the sense of humour of our colleagues. I think it is so important to be able to build great relationships and interact with the different departments of the business.

PMA is on a fast growth trajectory and it's great to be along for the ride - no 2 days are the same, my role is constantly evolving, I'm learning new skills and abilities weekly and if I have a new idea it's always listened to... and if it's got legs it gets actioned! As the business scales so does my experience which makes it a fun and dynamic place to work.

While on-boarding is very thorough, it's still very much in at the deep end which means there is no option but to learn quickly! And as the organization evolves there are more and more opportunities to continually develop and learn - Whether it be picking up a new software or tool, developing a new product idea from scratch, launching in a new area or taking a step up in responsibility. It's a really collaborative and supportive environment so I can call on anyone for advice or help which means I'm constantly learning from diverse voices too.
