The Intrapreneurs Club's mission is to accelerate the diversity of tech teams in the UK.
The Intrapreneurs Club offers tailored accelerator progammes to help London tech professionals sharpen up and build out the skills and networks required to achieve their career goals. Candidates enrolled in their programmes additionally provide teaching to underrepresented groups - and the tech journey of these tutees is invested in using programme fees for the accelerator courses. It’s part of the company’s broader push to invest in better representation across the tech industry, and it’s gaining substantial traction.
It’s a neat cyclical model, and it’s one that The Intrapreneurs Club has established at a good moment. Interest in London has been surging, with many crowning it the tech hub of Europe over recent years. There’s been a corresponding influx of VC pounds, startups, and tech skills training courses, meaning an upswing in appetite for the kind of career support The Intrapreneurs Club offers.
Corporate partners like American Express and HSBC, along with over 300 volunteer tech professionals from companies like what3words, Skyscanner, and Lloyds, all contribute towards bolstering what is a remarkable educational offering from The Intrapreneurs Club.
