The Restory is the world’s first repair and restoration platform dedicated to luxury fashion. They use an elite marketplace, unique knowledge and proprietary technology to bring easy and trusted aftercare services to consumers, brands and retailers worldwide.

They are the official global aftercare partner for Farfetch, Manolo Blahnik and Nicholas Kirkwood. As well as this, they have embedded partnerships with Selfridges, Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Brown Thomas, Arnotts and Browns Fashion.

The most sustainable item is the one consumers already own and as we look to the future, repair and aftercare plays a crucial role in sustainability. Over the course of 60K repairs, The Restory have cracked the complexity of aftercare and are now making their technology and infrastructure available as a set of powerful enterprise solutions so that the world’s largest fashion brands can easily adopt circular fashion for themselves.

Vanessa, the Founder & CEO of The Restory, was a financial analyst & a management consultant with Accenture. She is American, recently British, & a Swede by marriage. She is a mom to 2 sons.

Following a 10-year career in Artist Management to establish some of the biggest names in music, Emily brings experience in branding, communication, marketing, commercial partnerships and strategy.

Thaís Cipolletta Ferreira Alves

(Head of Atelier, Design & Innovation)

Brazilian fashion designer, Thaís, earned a Master degree at UAL and completed the first Kering and LCF sustainability course. She has created the extensive range of techniques and internal training.
