Our take

Ticketing for events has long since migrated to digital mediums, and this comes with a range of benefits for businesses to customize their customer's brand experience whilst gaining online analytics. However, custom online ticketing experiences come at the cost of having bespoke web designers, a luxury that small businesses are rarely able to afford.

Tickitto provides an API system that facilitates the creation of customizable online ticket systems for businesses across various entertainment and travel industries. The low-code API simplifies the custom branding process of ticketing infrastructure, whilst providing an analytics dashboard for businesses and an easy-to-use digital marketplace for ticket buyers.

Ticketing companies such as Skiddle already provide a platform for smaller businesses to access a global supply chain of tickets, but this comes at a compromise in complexity. Tickitto on the other hand provides accessibility in the form of their API, claiming that this leaves the businesses with 1% of the workload and with more time to focus on customizing the branding of their user’s ticket-purchasing experience.
