The company has a very clear and exciting mission statement, disrupting an events industry that is very old school, but because of that really fun to actively change. Its easy to see how quickly and broadly the company could expand, and thats quite rare to find in a start up and especially one in such a cool, fun and exciting space as events

There are so many projects that we will be working on over the next year so there are lots of opportunities for people to own something new and be given the chance to become an expert in that area. Feast It is scaling across the board and although I felt that I joined the company with skills and knowledge to share I know I have the opportunity to learn so much more.

Throughout difficult periods over the past year, management have always been open and honest about decisions & policies, as well as being incredibly receptive to feedback from the entire team. We have a great culture where anyone in the team can approach anyone else with concerns or questions.

There's a great team culture of sharing work regularly, celebrating wins, and sharing learnings. Every week the team nominates someone for an "Over and above" to recognise exceptional work (free food being the prize of course!), and successes are regularly shared and celebrated via Slack. There's also a weekly opportunity for anyone in the business to present work in more depth so everyone is kept informed on what other teams are up to.

Everyone is super switched on and people are very generous with sharing their knowledge. You really feel like you're levelling up just by working alongside your colleagues.

The product is the most innovative in the market and has so much scope for continued innovation. It's exciting to work on a product with so much potential!

Throughout the pandemic, the founders have been extremely open and honest about how we were going to navigate it. Generally, no door is closed and if you want to find out how something is decided, the founders always take the time to explain their decision making.
