Our take
Toolbox is a small bathroom design business based in the United Kingdom that uses tech to streamline the process of upgrading your bathroom. A large part of the stress for consumers looking to renovate their home is conveying what they need done. Toolbox uses photo-realistic 3D design software to visualise the changes to fit customer specifications.
With its online system, Toolbox can generate an estimate within as little as 60 seconds, with customers then able to share visual design styles with Pinterest and Trello boards. After a call with the design team, Toolbox finalises the 3D design.
Most small businesses use little in the way of tech to guide the customer experience, meaning there can often be a disconnect between what they want and what they receive. Toolbox bucks the trend by providing a service for customers to realise the bathroom of their dreams.
