Our take

TouchNote allows its users to design, create and send personalised greetings cards and gifts to anyone they like, straight from their desktop, tablet or mobile phone. There are many competitors in the market, but TouchNote differentiates itself with a focus on seamless user experience.

Smartly, after over 10 years in business, TouchNote switched to a subscription payment model. It offers a number of different packages, all intent on making card-sending a regular occurrence, not just for holidays. With the subscription economy still accelerating, TouchNote will likely be riding this wave for a bit longer.

TouchNote has continued to innovate in order to keep their customers interested, with additions such as an unlimited cards plan. As long as the company can keep selling the value of relationships to its customers, it should have plenty of opportunity for growth.
