To transform how businesses pay for large invoices, from SaaS and cloud to professional and marketing expenses.
London-based Tranch is a startup that offers Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services for software sellers. Finding that large expenses slow down business growth, Tranch works to make large payments bite-size.
The company is a new entry to the market but has already made impact, making B2B BNPL accessible to more complex, large volume lending demands, not just smaller eCommerce payments, as popularised by Klarna and Zilch. It claims to have solved the $20 billion-a-year problem of companies paying monthly fees for annual SaaS contracts that they could pay for in full if it weren’t for cash flow constraints, as the “Pay with Tranch” option eliminates this wastage.
Already backed by Y Combinator, recent funding, led by Flash Ventures, will be used to onboard more suppliers across multiple verticals whilst expanding its reach in the UK and US later this year.
