To make metrics the language of data.
As data becomes more and more important, large tech firms have dedicated time and resources into building tools that allow them to take insights from the data pools they generate. However, smaller businesses are missing out on making their data work for them, because they do not have the power to create data tools in-house. Transform provides a platform for all businesses to generate business intelligence from their data, and to refocus their ecosystem around metrics.
Transform, founded in 2019, is the first centralized “metrics store” for analysts, allowing teams at smaller companies to leverage the power of their data in the same way as big tech players, and get insights on things from performance of new features to the treasons behind selling trends for a particular product. Importantly, the platform allows nontechnical staff generate insights and analytics that can be used to action informed business solutions. Companies can also build, define, and publish metrics to staff across operations, facilitating greater collaboration throughout the workforce.
Transform has received substantial early funds which demonstrates the confidence that the industry has in its solution, which is regarded to be filling a significant market gap. The company has worked with a handful of customers so far, and intends to use the investment to bring on more talent and continue product development.
