Dedicated to developing and elevating new ideas and innovation built on the Tezos ecosystem. We’re here to help, guide and support anyone - from fledgling startups and artists to technologists and established brands - create new value and build community on the blockchain.

Our take

Despite the market turmoil in the crypto and Web3 spaces, blockchain technology still has a wealth of untapped potential in gaming, finance and research applications (among many others). Trilitech, a blockchain research and development company, aims to drive innovation and collaborations for developers building in the blockchain sector.

Trilitech focuses on the open-source Tezos blockchain which competes with the likes of Etherium for developers and users. While it is definitely the smaller of the two ecosystems, Tezos has a major advantage in its environmental credentials: using a liquid proof of stake algorithm, its power consumption is far lower than competing proof of work-based blockchains and the chain's governance is considered to be far more responsive, decentralized and democratic.

All this makes Trilitech's opening of a research hub in London highly significant, as London is a major centre of decentralised finance and Web3 gaming development. The Tezos ecosystem was already the fastest growing environment for Web3 professionals, and Trilitech is well placed to continue to accelerate its adoption among the wider developer community.
