Joined in May due to, hands down, the best interview experience I've had. A friendly, caring group extremely focused on building a quality product. The first time a start up I've worked at has understood the importance of avoiding burnout for keeping productivity up and the results speak for themselves.

Extremely proactive on inclusion and diversity with genuine support from the leadership. Actions, words and money all put towards diversity. Regular reviews of where we are v. the industry/population at all hands promoting real accountability. Plenty of interesting opportunities to help out if you're really passionate. Lots of requests for information on specific experiences (e.g. what's it like being a woman/LGBTQ/Black at TrueLayer etc.).

Massive growth this year (from <100 in Jan to ~180 now). Expanded into several new countries as well as signing a number of big names as customers. Quadratic growth in data API usage and explosion in volume of payments as we push into WealthTech and iGaming.

We work with a very interesting stack, and we're not afraid to make something of our own if the market doesn't offer a good solution. Also, input on decisions in the engineering org can come from everyone and leads to open discussions about the best tools for the job.

The company gives high priority to employees wellbeing; I joined during the lockdown and having personal wellbeing days off and mental support was very helpful to keep up with the work.

The company is growing extremely fast. It's incredible to see how far we've come since I joined only 8 months ago. This, of course, opens up a lot of opportunities for career growth and especially makes for a very enriching work experience.

My teammates are knowledgeable, nice and always willing to learn and share their knowledge.

There is so much going on and you are encouraged to get your hands dirty from day 1, so you are constantly learning and exposed to new things.

Knowledge sharing and a helpful attitude really makes the team at Truelayer a great place to work at.

I joined TrueLayer six months ago. Energy is high, customer base is growing and the fintech industry is evolving at crazy speed. There's so much to learn and everyone's encourage to hone their skills.

I was impressed by the calibre of the people in the organisation: there are people who used to run their own companies, have written/are writing books, etc. Everyone at TrueLayer is on a mission and that's really special.

TrueLayer wants to open up finance. This could create a new world where financial services work better and are cheaper for everyone. It doesn't get much more inspiring than that!

We are building a financial infrastructure that has the ambition to connect financial institutions and end-users from all over the world. The work is complex, there are security concerns, scalability concerns, compliance concerns, and I am absolutely thrilled to be able to face these challenges in an environment that encourages taking ownership and getting out of one's comfort zone. This alone makes me consider TrueLayer a once in a lifetime opportunity.

The people team here is, quite simply, spectacular. There is a great deal of attention to people's wellbeing, and this is evident from the generous policies (we get extra wellbeing days, 3 months off for paternity, and more), we have regular check-ins with people team to assess wellbeing, managers receive training sponsored by the company. I have not seen this level of care in bigger companies and I feel like my voice and point of view is given attention from my manager and from people ops.

This is a world class team. Period. Everyone here comes from other big players in startup and corporate world (TransferWise, Amazon etc.) and the level of discourse, the quality of decisions (and processes behind them) has really impressed me so far. I am on a path to strong and fast growth here.

At TrueLayer I feel like diversity and inclusion are key values. Everyone feels included even from distance and there is always a chance to talk to any person in the company. This is very special and it says a lot about company culture.

TrueLayer's principles and values are clear and can be embraced by everyone! In the company we Value People, Take Risks, Think Big, and Enjoy Life. Every week we do an All Hands meeting with our CEO Francesco Simoneschi who shares important drivers, cherishes accomplishments, and welcomes the new joiners. All we do is made in accordance to our company culture!

Great energy with all the teams. Work-life balance is important, everyone is very respectful but also happy to help. Something interesting is that every morning we do a stand-up meeting to discuss the important matters first than to chat for a few mins and check how is everyone doing. Even from distance and during a pandemic, I am able to feel close to all different teams. This is important when delivering great customer service to our customers.
