Tulip brings the online experience to in-person retail, and enables product and client data to be shared across a business. It also equip retail associates with digital tools to respond to evolving consumer behaviours.

The company experienced significant growth in recent years as the retail industry doubled down on investments in the in-store experience. Leading retailers like Mulberry, Saks Fifth Avenue, Kendra Scott, Kate Spade, COACH, and Michael Kors use Tulip to increase sales and improve customer service, increasing annual sales by 4% and increasing the average order value by nearly 50%.

Tulip is now present in North America, Europe and Asia, and has plans to grow its sales and marketing team, accelerate its development roadmap and expand into new international markets.
