Turn is a talent acquisition platform for hourly work that enables users to source and vet workers. Its "AI-Sourcing" and "Screening" products combine to provide high-volume employers across over thirty verticals speed up their hiring processes.
A major problem with traditional background checks is that imperfect public records can make it harder for younger individuals, new immigrants, or non-native English speakers to pass through the system. Turn combats this by combining its tech with enhanced customer service, delivering applicant support than ensures all applicants move through the screening process seamlessly.
By this approach, Turn's platform is able to be both faster and more accurate than other talent sourcing and screening methods. On top of this, the company has secured a number of fast-growing clients including AxleHire (a same-day delivery platform) and Rinse (a laundry and dry cleaning business).
