Our take

Historically, B2B payments aren’t as effortless as B2C payments, with online B2B transactions being a long, manual process. With B2B payments representing an enormous share of the global economy, bCommerce innovation is being led by Two as it enables Buy-Now-Pay-Later (BNPL) payment methods for online B2B sales.

Competing with other BNPL solution start-ups including Billie, Mondu, and Tranch, the company aims to differentiate itself within the $700 billion short-term business loan industry by making bCommerce purchases as frictionless for business buyers as eCommerce is for retail.

The company has recently partnered with Allianz Trade and is backed by an impressive list of global VCs, including Sequoia, LocalGlobe and Arkwright X. The company is focused on furthering its tech accessibility, innovation of its B2B specialised tools, and expanding its partnerships. Two is well-positioned to see scalable growth should it continue its current trajectory.
