Supporting entrepreneurs to reach their full potential is consultation firm T-minus. With an offering from strategy to direct coaching with numerous business founders (T-minus Leadership Team), T-minus works with leaders at pioneering startups and corporates to build their businesses.

The company looks to keep up with the demands of the fast-changing business landscape (like pushing boundaries within gender equity) and the relevant demands of leadership teams. Business culture starts from the top so Tminus works with an ACE framework with the mentioned -T-minus Leadership Team to explore the fluid sector. It offers its customers an evolving power source of programmes, assessments, strategic off-sites and coaching.

Since founding in 2017, the company has a roster of success stories with customers including The Guardian and Boots. It’s generally accepted that leaders and those in power within the corporate space can wander from things like the right ethical choice so a company like this that continues to push leadership to be the best is an exciting one, to say the least.
