Our take

Unily, formerly known as Brightstarr rebranded in 2015 as an organisational productivity tool that enhances a company’s efficiency and employee engagement. Unily offers onboarding and community chat features whilst also hosting in-person events named Unite. A Microsft Gold Partner, the company has clients under its belt that include Shell, Estee Lauder, Best Buy, and many more, the diversity of its clients exemplifies the range and flexibility that its platform has.

In 2019 Unily received a cash injection worth $68 million dollars from Silversmith Capital Partners, just in time for the remote work boom which it benefitted from thanks to its secure intranet systems and employee communication platforms.

After winning awards under previous moniker BrightStarr, Unily is firm that its previous customer still benefit from Unily innovations, many of whom are blue chip companies. They've now partnered with private equity firm, CVC in order to achieve the goal of tripling in size by 2026 - in both customers and people.
