Our mission at Unleashed is big and multidimensional. By putting people at the heart of business strategy, we enable the sustainable scaling and holistic success of organisations that are driven to make a difference.
Our take
Start-ups can find it difficult to effectively scale up people and business operations in line with business growth. This can negatively affect a company through a reduction in the quality of work, overall production, and client & employee retention.
Unleashed was founded to help start-ups overcome this problem by providing advice and consulting services to drive scaleable business processes. They focus on creating a high-powered performance culture, primarily through shaping the best ways to recruit high talent, maximising productivity & engagement, and creating effective management teams.
The company currently partner with businesses in the UK, Europe and the US. They have attracted impressive clients, including Papier, impala, Cuckoo and Pleo.
