They are a consultancy, technology developer and venture studio that provides experiences to individuals and teams to help them build exceptional businesses. Upside works with large Government and FTSE100 clients on embedding change across the organisation, namely around technology. They develop digital solutions and builds start-ups to accelerate digitisation and help companies identify digital trends.
Upside has invested into its growth by doubling in size in recent years, and expanding their client base. They also formally launched Cimple, their first venture, and started a second venture that is now underway.
