To become the go-to app for task management which are located in a building.
In buildings, the management of maintenance and services often looks like a nightmare. Current processes are long, complex and frustrate all participants.
Urbest was created to address this state of affairs with a collaborative job tracking platform that allows organisations to seamlessly capture, organise, track and take actions in workloads between issuers, managers and workers.
However, the startup wants to go beyond simple job tracking. In the future, the founders want Urbest to be an Administration-as-a-Service startup which collects and helps with solving any kind of job requests.
Its an interesting play where Urbest uses the data from its job-tracking platform to build out a much more refined and high-value product. However, it is an operationally intensive road. In order to guarantee success, Urbest must be sure to be building a product with constant feedback from its current customers about their real pains.
