Following its acquisition by Thoma Bravo and Sunstone Partners, it appears that UserZoom will be combined with UserTesting. The companies' complimentary offerings will enable an even more powerful end-to-end solution in the customer experience space, with a combined product even stronger than what UserZoom offered before.
