Utility Warehouse is the world's only fully integrated multi-utility supplier. We are on a mission to be the nation’s most trusted utility supplier by simplifying home services helping our customers to stop wasting time and money.
Utility Warehouse provides customers with all their home services – including energy, broadband, mobile and insurance – in one simple, monthly bill. The company argues that this all-in-one approach ‘makes budgeting so much easier’ for customers, which is paired with a strong customer services record.
The company currently has over 1 million customers across the services they sell, making it one of the largest energy providers outside the 'Big 6'. Though it does not advertise heavily, its 60,000 partners are given incentives to sign up new customers, which has contributed to its impressive growth thus far - which should ensure it continues to compete with other challengers like Octopus and Bulb.

My manager is always looking to create more opportunities for me to have my voice heard and be stretched into areas I've not necessarily worked in before. He cares about my development and listens to my expertise in the area I'm working in. I love being challenged and being given the opportunity to do things I've not done before.

We have an incredibly well gelled team and we support each other so much. We are so respectful of each other's workloads and always want to support each other, we collaborate and communicate really well and constantly bounce idea off each other. We'd always work our hardest to get the job done and done well. I'd never work for a company whose culture didn't suit or in whose vision I wouldn't believe (I'm a UW customer who has all products but income/bill protector). Believing in what I do energises me in doing the best job that I can do. And with energy comes great enthusiasm.

I feel so many things have changes in the CRM Ops are since I arrived and I feel my opinion is really valued. My colleagues turn to me for my expertise and I, in turn, turn to theirs and we ensure the overall team is norming and performing. Some changes in the last months, new joiners in, but that's a good things. We're always involving each other in the interviewing processes to ensure we get the right people for the team, immediate and extended.

UW is growing and whilst it's a FTSE 250 it's very much still operating like a start up so the challenge is how each role can drive growth but with an agile solution that doesn't hinder us or make us a soulless corporate - I love the fact every day is problem solving!

This is the first role where I have been given full autonomy and am trusted to do my role. We are encouraged to try new things, fail fast, learn quick and have fun as we do it. People are hired to deliver and work together to find solutions - there is no ivory tower or hierarchy slowing us down in doing this!
