Our take

The fashion industry faces a challenge closing the gap between online shopping and the physical try-on experience. As consumers rely more on digital platforms, they struggle to accurately assess garment fit, resulting in increased returns and lower satisfaction. Traditional solutions like 3D try-on tech are costly and slow, aggravating the issue instead of solving it.

To address this challenge, Veesual is leveraging AI-powered virtual try-on technology. Through its proprietary 2D-based Image Generation Engine (IGT), Veesual offers fashion brands a scalable and cost-effective solution to showcase their products on a range of different models, providing customers with a true-to-life depiction of fit and appearance.

Recently securing funding, Veesual is poised to accelerate its expansion into the US market as it looks to revolutionise the digital retail landscape. The funding will fuel the opening of a US-based office in New York, recruiting senior US talent, and enhancing its product offering tailored for American apparel companies.
