Company mission

VerseProp's mission is to professionalise the NFT sector and empower its customers to make informed decisions as the virtual property sector grows into a recognised asset class.

Our take

With the rise of Web 3.0, and early-stage Metaverses already beginning to emerge, humanity is set to dive even deeper into cyberspace. Digital worlds that only exist on computers have appeared, and it was only a matter of time before real estate companies found their way into the market. VerseProp is one such company, selling virtual property.

Digital real estate is any form of digital land within the Metaverse. Just like real-world land, it can be bought, sold, leased, and visited by whoever the owner permits, with the ownership recorded through ownership of NFTs. A smart commercial real estate investor can buy land and make huge profits by turning it into an event space or renting it to a concert promoter, for example.

VerseProp gives potential buyers the necessary insight for making informed digital real estate decisions. It keeps them informed of trends and offers analysis, and gives a unified view of every type of opportunity across different metaverse platforms. With its platform, VerseProp claims that purchasing land is as easy as purchasing something on eBay.

The economic viability of virtual real estate looks promising. Between September 2021 and January 2022, NFT land plots rose an estimated 400%-500%. With the market in such a fresh and wild place, and the potential of the Metaverse yet to be fully realised, VerseProp could be set to take the market by storm.
