Our take

Vestd is a sharetech platform that simplifies how companies set up, manage and benefit from equity. It helps organisations of all sizes — from growing startups and SMEs to larger and enterprise businesses — design, implement and administer share schemes with ease.

Through its regulated platform, Vestd reduces the complexity traditionally associated with equity management. Businesses can issue shares digitally, manage ownership records, and stay compliant with Companies House requirements in one place. Vestd also supports company secretarial activity, fundraising progresses, and ongoing equity administration, helping organisations manage ownership throughout their growth journey.

Alongside its technology, Vestd provides expert guidance to help businesses design tax-efficient share schemes and adopt ownership models that support long-term engagement and performance.
