Our take
Vestd is a sharetech platform that simplifies how companies set up, manage and benefit from equity. It helps organisations of all sizes — from growing startups and SMEs to larger and enterprise businesses — design, implement and administer share schemes with ease.
Through its regulated platform, Vestd reduces the complexity traditionally associated with equity management. Businesses can issue shares digitally, manage ownership records, and stay compliant with Companies House requirements in one place. Vestd also supports company secretarial activity, fundraising progresses, and ongoing equity administration, helping organisations manage ownership throughout their growth journey.
Alongside its technology, Vestd provides expert guidance to help businesses design tax-efficient share schemes and adopt ownership models that support long-term engagement and performance. By making equity simpler, more transparent and more accessible, Vestd helps companies share success more widely and align the interests of founders, investors and teams.

Jack joined Vestd in 2020 and quickly progressed from Valuations CSA to leading a team. Now Scale Team Lead, he supports SME customers as they grow and succeed on their equity journey.
Deepti joined Vestd in Customer Success and has recently moved into Product Management within the technology team, helping shape the tools our customers use every day.
