Around 80% of global internet traffic is attributed to video, and this percentage is expected to rise. This has created a sense of urgency for content publishers that have not yet finalised the matter of it's monetization. Alongside this, The digital sector produces around 4% of the world's greenhouse gas emissions. Video consumption alone accounts for 1% of total emissions.
As a result, the French adtech company, Viously has launched a technology that aims to significantly optimise loading time, improving the user experience and branded campaigns' performances, while being hosted on green servers with the objective of carbon neutrality.
