To improve human performance by making experiential training affordable and accessible to everyone on the planet.
-33% employee growth in 12 months
Virti uses Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to develop skills faster with data-driven insights, making individuals train more effectively and improving their performance when it matters.
In recent years, Bristol-based Virti assisted the NHS with training demands such as how to use a ventilator, PPE, and more. and has expanded its services to the US. Its VR technology has delivered labour-intensive training at scale so that medical professionals can build a knowledge base without having to be in the hospital.
Virti’s Training and Assessment platform has won multiple awards, such as VR Healthcare Company of the Year and Best Start Up Award Winner of the Healthcare Business Awards.
The company has already shown a 230% increase in knowledge gain for healthcare professionals using the platform, and a 52% reduction in skill-fade post-training for employees. Although the company isn’t short of competitors in the VR space, the increase in demand for scalable remote healthcare positions Virti well for the future.
