In 2022 the company acquired Apptus (another AI powered tool that seeks to understand customer behaviour and intent) which held clients like Avon, MAC Fashion, NA-KD, and Fortnum & Mason. With this acquisition Voyado and Apptus clients quickly gained access to more tools adding to the company’s rapid growth and advantageous client base. Since then, the company has expanded into the UK, with companies like Jigsaw naming it as its customer loyalty and marketing automation solution. Alongside collaborating with more integration tools like Kindly to continue to enhance it’s product. It will be exciting to see how the company continues to scale on a similar trajectory.
