Our take

Enabling mass production, robots charged through previously unthought-of frontiers in industry, and have become exponentially more complex (and able to create equivalently complex products). But that complexity makes modern manufacturing robots more difficult to program too. That’s what Wandelbots aims to change.

Wandelbots' app allows for accessible robotics programming to be done by almost anyone - drastically lowering the cost for manufacturers. One of its unique features is its ‘TracePen’ - a physical tool that connects to the app and allows you to demonstrate an action (such as welding a new seam) onto the workpiece for the robot to follow.

Wandelbots is a market leader - it’s won awards from Tech Crunch and Forbes, and counts the likes of Volkswagen and BMW among its clients. Looking forward, it wants to bring in developer tools to help developers create their own robotics teaching softwares.
