Our take
WeTrack was founded to provide operational software for events, sports, and venues across the world. It incorporates modules including Incident, Risk, Project, Run Sheet, and Readiness management to make sure that operators have all the tools they need to run successful events.
In order to help clients boost operations, WeTrack provides everything needed to ensure continuity through event/venue planning, governance, and control. These include agencies, event operators, venue managers, governing bodies, international federations, and suppliers and contractors.
This enables clients to improve the organisation and planning of some of the world's biggest events. With this approach, WeTrack's reporting system guarantees to save clients up to 75% of their reporting time by managing everything for them.
Having launched as part of the London 2012 Olympics, WeTrack's system is now used by large events from governing bodies to sports federations, including Ascot, Wimbledon, Cricket and Rugby World Cups, Northampton Saints, the British Olympic Association, and more.

Peter Ward
(Managing Director)Peter took an MSc at Oxford before working in Fund Operations at Orbis Asset Management, a manager at London 2012, and Director at CSPW Consulting. In October 2012, he co-founded WeTrack, serving as Managing Director since.

After working as a Senior Software Developer at SellerCloud, Petar joined WeTrack as Software Developer Lead in June 2018. In March 2019 he was promoted to CTO, a position he has held since.
