Wishu's mission is to empower creatives navigating through noisy, oversaturated and conflicting digital spaces.

Wishu provides a creative job marketplace for freelancers, helping rising talent to find jobs and build long-term working relationships. It does this all through the Wishu dashboard, which makes finding the perfect freelancer effortless, bringing the interactivity of social media to the recruitment industry.
Its main target audience is Gen Z, who are more likely than previous generations to become creative freelancers. Wishu enables its users to manage creative work, source clients, build an online presence and get the best resources as a creative freelancer.
Users can assemble teams for any creative project including advertisement campaigns, branding, editorial video, and sound editing. This approach has gained Wishu clients including Google, the BBC, Vogue, The Sunday Times, and Nike.
Beyond its marketplace, the company has built a community of creators by organising events and webinars and generating content for its members. The activity feed gives members updates on freelancers' projects, while talent discovery and Wishu Pay take all the hassle out of hiring creative employees.

I have been working for Wishu since October 2020 (9 months) and have experienced nothing but warmth and understanding when it comes to the team. The communication is open and honest which encourages me to respond as soon as possible and create the best work possible for the brand. My extra curricular activities and side hustles are supported and encouraged. There is always a sense of empathy when it comes to mental health and personal life. The team are extremely modern and forward thinking and demonstrate a culture of management that I wish would be carried out across all industries and countries into the future. Differences are respected and even encouraged.
