Our take

Hybrid working models have become increasingly popular in the past few years, with more than 25% of the UK workforce operating in hybrid roles as of 2025. As companies are realising the benefits of a hybrid workplace, the need for an on-demand workspace has ultimately risen.

Work.Life is creating sustainable workspaces for teams looking to collaborate, socialise and find inspiration. With 11 cost-effective coworking spaces across London, Reading, and Manchester, Work.Life is providing pay-monthly or pay-as-you-go solutions for freelancers, entrepreneurs, and small teams.

Harnessing the future of working, Work.Life is paving the way for the new hybrid model and was certified as a B Corporation in early 2022. It has attracted over 6000 members across a range of different industries and is now well placed to make an impact in the growing market.
