To build tools that frontline employees actually love, and have fun using on their day to day jobs.
Xenia’s work operations platform for remote work environments was launched in 2021, at a time when remote work culture was at its peak. Focusing on task and order management, to-do lists, insights, and compliance, the web and mobile app is up against larger competitors such as Slack and Basecamp but has tailored each of its packages to specific industries.
This tailoring is what helps the small startup remain flexible and responsive to compliance and task management competitors, and whilst each of its industry-specific offerings share core functions (it works across accommodation rentals, gyms, healthcare, construction, and many other industries), there are differences to each of them suited to that sector.
Bootstrapped since its founding and run by a former investment banker, Xenia will have to use its founder's financial background to navigate the early stages of its life and grow its product. That being said, Xenia appears to have already gained business from large companies such as Hampton by Hilton and Grand Mercure Hotels, which indicates hospitality and holiday rentals as Xenia’s strongest suit.
