Our take

Xexec is an employee reward & recognition and customer loyalty program provider. It helps companies motivate their staff and encourage prospects to become engaged customers through building an advanced tool that builds high levels of engagement. Xexec differentiates itself by providing clients with the proprietary technology they need to achieve key goals. Moreover, it aims to develop long-term relationships and client satisfaction by offering 24-hour customer service.

The company negotiates the most advantageous discounts and offers for employees and customers, maintaining over 3,000 partnering vendor relationships, including with Apple, Starbucks, Tesco, Zara, Expedia, Amazon and Virgin Media. Xexec aims to increase the number of collaborations in order to become more competitive in time and it currently counts J.P.Morgan, EE, PwC and Santander among its clients.

In 2022, Reward Gateway - a global HR technology and employee engagement company - announced the combining of operations with Xexec following the acquisitions of both companies by private equity leaders. This reinforces Reward Gateway’s leadership position in the global employee engagement market.
