Yalo is able to automate conversations with its artificial intelligence platform, providing accurate answers to the most frequently asked questions of customers. Estimating that over 90% of customer conversations can be successfully automated, this product is able to remove significant workload for businesses.
Yalo has already agreed deals with some major companies, with customers including Walmart, Nike, Volkswagen, Aeroméxico, and Mexico's largest theme resort Xcaret. Founded in Mexico but active across multiple continents, the company is confident with its presence in emerging markets, but financing will enable expansion and attraction of more developed economies
