The team is made up from a broad background, it makes our day to day working lives that much richer given the conversations we have and the points of view that our team bring into discussions. I started Yapily as an intern during the start of the covid pandemic. I am glad to say even through hard times Yapily offered me a full time job after my internship. I faced many challenging projects during my time at yapily, but thanks to the great team at Yapily they allowed me to grow in confidence and teach me new things along the way

At Yapily, we do weekly tech talks on Wednesdays. This gives anyone a chance to book a slot and explain what they are working on, and learn from each other.

At Yapily we have a Friday whole company stand up, where each department gives an update on the week's progress. This allows all employees to discuss openly with the CTO and CEO our concerns or achievements.

You have great opportunities to start new projects, learn new skills and implement it immediately. My colleagues in Yapily are very supportive.

Open Banking is still a very young and quickly evolving space with lots of interesting innovations and partnerships happening all the time. There is so much to learn and be excited about as we change and disrupt the traditional financial landscape.

The mission is clear and we have lot of work to do to achieve our goals. We want to service our clients, improve our products and push Open Banking and its global adoption forward as quickly as possible. It's very challenging work, but also very rewarding.

Since joining the people at Yapily have impressed me the most. Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in their roles. Even in lockdown we've managed to keep our spirit of teamwork and collaboration. We regularly work together to bring out each others different experience, strengths and ideas to find our best solutions.

Tons of challenges for an Engineer due to working on something very demanding. You do need all the knowledge that you have and acquiring more is definitely appreciated.

Behind the scenes there is a wide range of Engineering problems to pickup. Many high caliber engineers to assist you or brainstorm with you.

If you are accountable and you deliver there are no obstacles. Good technology stack decisions taken upfront making things simpler.

Open Banking is a new field and often we are solving problems for the very first time.

The size of the company more than doubled since lockdown began in March - which is amazing progress during this difficult time!

It's going to change the way we do things as consumers and businesses, but without us necessarily knowing "that's because of Open Banking". Being an infrastructure player who enables that change is very exciting.

I am surrounded my the nicest and intelligent people I ever worked with. Everyone is an expert and willing to help and share their knowledge.

We work hard but It' rewarding. Maintaining thousands of connections is not an easy task and also the highest levels of service for our customers. It's always rewarding.

When I started we were around 30 and now we are more than double. We are growing and you can see the positive changes in a more mature and diverse working culture.
