Company mission

To help its members be their most productive and happy selves, wherever they happen to be in the world.

Our take

Yayem is a global members’ club for a globally-mobile professional class. Offering co-working spaces around the world, immersive learning events and an AI-powered concierge, it aims to forge connections between people whose ways of working have left them somewhat isolated. It also provides a package to companies allowing them to offer Yayem membership as an employee benefit.

There is clearly a strong appetite for this service. Launched in 2021 Yayem has attracted over 400 members, as well as significant investment in a seed funding round. The company plans to use this capital to expand internationally, adding new members only locations and enhancing its learning programs.

While the kind of elevated global lifestyle Yayem promotes is enticing, a major draw of its platform is in the social opportunities it offers within the network. The company may face a challenge in avoiding the fate of Soho House – billed as a club for creatives, its pricing effectively excluded artists and undercut its premise. However, Yayem’s industry-agnostic approach and flexible pricing may help it attract a more diverse crowd as it continues to grow.
