There are many short-term rental solutions that property owners and managers use to market their properties, such as Airbnb and Booking.com. Your.Rentals is a rental software that allows property managers to list and oversee properties and bookings across several sites, all from one place.
The company's all-in-one solution streamlines the whole rental management process from listing and guest communication to calendar syncing across sites. One of the main features selling its service, and setting the company apart from its competitors, is the faster payout solution that allows owners and managers to receive payment as soon as the non-refundable date lands.
Since founding in 2016 the company has grown to host nearly 18,000 properties around the world. Recent funding will allow Your.Rentals to continue to develop its product as well as support plans for an IOS and Android app that will likely bring in a host of new users.
