Yumpingo's mission is to translate more happy customers into scalable growth for hospitality.
Yumpingo was launched in 2017 as a SaaS guest experience management platform, born out of the lack of a simple way for restauranteurs to understand customer sentiment data. It provides clients with up-to-date feedback from their customers, enabling restaurants around the world to offer their best possible service.
By accessing customer feedback of in-moment restaurant experiences through technology footprints, Yumpingo brings big data analytics to restaurant operations. As a result, its users can gain certainty on how to optimise customer satisfaction at a high degree of resolution: down to the location, shift, server, and dish.
With its products Yumpingo One, Yumpingo Central, Reputation Management, and Guest Experience Management, Yumpingo helps restaurants improve the guest experience and sales, receive detailed insights on customer satisfaction, and improve their online reputation, brand loyalty, and sales. Its 1-minute reviews allow clients to measure every element of customer experience in real-time, with full coverage digital engagement.
Yumpingo serves over 150 hospitality brands, including Nando's, YoSushi, Ask Italian, Turtle Bay, and John Lewis. It aims to continue its growth and further its mission of providing its clients with actionable insights across every digital touchpoint.

As a company that helps restaurants improve their businesses using dish level data it makes sense that data is a big driver at Yumpingo. We invest in the right platforms to help guide/steer decisions based on throughput numbers rather than gut. We believe data has the ability to unlock the potential of our company.

I have lots of autonomy and flexibility in the way I work. I feel my progress is measured based on what I deliver and not on where and when I work and this has made a huge difference in my work life balance and wellbeing.
