Property compliance and licensing can be very daunting. Not only do properties have to meet certain safety standards, but certain properties require licenses in order to carry out certain functions. What's more, this can differ depending on the area of the UK a property is located.
Yuno solves this problem by gathering information from clients using a questionnaire and simply running the answers through a sophisticated database. Yuno then compiles a report and series of recommendations bespoke to the individual business.
Yuno's technology is already in use by a range top tier partners, including Hamptons International, Marsh and Parsons, and others.
