Our take

In recent years, demand for quick and convenient grocery delivery has boomed. Zapp offers customers seamless grocery delivery in a matter of minutes.

Since its launch, Zapp has had considerable success in scaling its customer base, largely thanks to the speed of its service, which has helped to set the company apart. The company has also launched advertising platform Zapp Media Services in a bid to diversify into the B2B branding space.

Zapp’s main challenge will be to compete with other delivery apps such as Gorillas, Deliveroo, and Getir. A 2022 funding round that included F1 racer Lewis Hamilton as an investor and netted the company an impressive $200 million, will help to ensure that Zapp can keep up with its big-name rivals.
