Increasing CO2 emissions are one of the causes of climate change, and air pollution kills thousands of people in the UK every year. Therefore, the eco-friendly vehicle market is rapidly growing, with most major car manufacturers starting production of new electric models. New cars and vans powered wholly by petrol and diesel will not be sold in the UK from 2030 and from April 6th 2020 the UK government introduced huge tax savings for people who lease an electric vehicle through their company. Because of this, there is expected to be a huge shift in the market towards electric vehicles.
Zeti is working to disrupt zero-emissions cargo vehicle financing, creating the digital future to facilitate clean mobility. Its fintech platform enables operators to transition to EVs by financing fleets and associated infrastructure on a pay-as-you-drive basis. Zeti deploys institutional capital into vehicles, charging infrastructure, and supporting services to make the transition easy, overcoming capital investment challenges whilst improving cash flow for the operators of the vehicles.
It initially offered its services to private individuals in the Hackney Carriages taxi sector, but expanded to become a full business-to-business operation in 2021 and is rapidly closing in on 1,000 funded vehicles. Zeti is building a new platform called Zero, which will interpret data to create fleet management reports on driver behaviour and CO2/ NOx emissions for the customer.

The business is going to continue to grow very fast. We’ve just received a new investment into the business, which enables us to hire more people to drive forward.
