Our take

In order to accelerate the transition to a greener, more sustainable energy economy, Zoa enables all households to view and manage their energy use. Developed within energy company Bulb, and now made available to other suppliers, the platform helps "energy companies become consumer companies" with customisable, no-code web and mobile apps for their customers to take control of decarbonising and electrifying their homes, all while lowering their energy costs.

The platform boasts a long list of capabilities - from automated emails and meter reading updates to targeted promotions for new products. For agents, a comprehensive tool suite enables them to solve problems quicker and easier and optimise their workflows. Having already propelled Bulb to become the UK’s fastest-growing energy supplier, Zoa's platform has been demonstrated as both popular and high-utility - an excellent use case as the company moves to capture clients and begin its journey beyond Bulb.
