Founded off the back of the general disarray and poor health of discourse on social media, Zoplo is an app aimed at Gen Z that fuses TikTok stylings with a polling feed. Questions are posted on the platform by accounts and other users poll the answers. Thus Zoplo aims to spark conversation and settle debates.
A young company, Zoplo raises an interesting solution to what has become a bot and troll-filled social media landscape. Its AI-powered algorithm for generating tailored content for polling has the potential to tap into brand and celebrity markets as well as the general public. It still runs the risk of users abusing its platform, yet only time will tell as Zoplo attempts to grow its user base in a fiercely overcrowded market. Its proposition has the potential to disrupt though.
