As a fulfilment company specialising in "hard-to-deliver" packages - such as plants and flowers, arena.online operates the marketing, order fulfilment, and delivery for its own consumer brands as well as retail partners across Britain.
Bringing both digital and technological innovations to the rather old-fashioned fulfillment sector, the company aims to innovate with the times to maintain its leading position in a changing landscape - where consumer expectations are getting higher and higher.
To this end, arena.online is currently focussed on a number of updates to its digital presence and in-house workflows, presenting a strong roadmap that will ensure it can take its history of success into the digitised future.
