Atomico's mission is to help founders take a product that works and make it a global success.
21% employee growth in 12 months
At a time when the tech industry was very much US-centric, Atomico’s founder broke the mold when he founded Skype and created a global tech company from Europe. Since then, Zennström has gone on to found Atomico in 2006.
Atomico has funded and helped to grow over 100 companies such as Klarna, Supercell, Graphcore, Compass, MessageBird, Masterclass, Attentive Mobile, Pipedrive, and Hinge Health. The venture capital firm focuses on funding ambitious tech companies from Series A stages and in line with its founder's path, is especially focused on emerging companies from Europe. With a proven track record, Atomico utilizes its experience to help other companies grow stronger.
In addition, Atomico's team of founders, investors and operational leaders have been responsible for global expansion, hiring and marketing at companies from Skype, Google, Twitter and Uber. The firm has around $4.7 Billion in assets under management and typically invests in Series A and beyond
