Our take
Bonzun is a pregnancy app that acts as a kind of virtual midwife for people who are pregnant. Born from its founder’s own near-death experience during pregnancy, the app was designed with the intention to end millions of preventable deaths and disabilities.
Initially acting as a personal pregnancy coach with a symptom checker, so women could access the required help, the company continues to branch out. It recently launched IVF software that guides users through their individual journey, offering smart tools and emotional support to increase the likelihood to succeed with ART treatments.
Whilst there are a number of alternative pregnancy apps, its CEO believes there to be no direct competitors for it is the only virtual midwife designed for pregnant people worldwide. It will continue to grow the service to ensure it is available in all major languages across the globe.
