Most people agree that learning doesn't only need to take place in the classroom any more. Busuu make learning a language fun on mobile, and have amassed a huge amount of users in the process.
In an increasingly globalised world, learning a language has never been more useful. This is a macro trend Busuu are riding, with the language instruction market worth $60bn globally and rising as the developing world comes online.
They are particularly strong in emerging markets, with a growing presence in Brazil, Russia, China and Turkey.
