Merchants specialise in selling products, but often lack the expertise or time required to make sense of the data they are receiving each time they make a sale. These valuable insights into revenues, trends and customer behaviour can greatly benefit a business and boost it ahead of the competition. Congrify exists to bring together all this information into a single dashboard.
Though there is no shortage of payment tools available on the market, these are usually tied to each payment system, requiring a vendor to reconcile information from multiple sources with different formatting, potentially introducing errors. Congrify seeks to set itself apart by utilising the extensive payments experience of its founder, identifying standardised information that merchants need to see and offering relevant and actionable analytics and alerts on payment issues and trends.
Congrify has recently partnered with mobility provider Flix, a significant boost to the company's growth trajectory. It is currently focusing on building out its team with engineering talent. Going forward the challenge will be to continue its momentum in the face of growing competition, but if it can achieve this it has every chances of building into a significant business in this space.
